In order to apply for the certificate program at USWA, he student will need to provide:
A completed application form

High school Diploma and Transcripts, G.E.D or other proof of High School equivalent completion. (High school document must contain G.P.A information or G.E.D. of satisfactory completion)
* Students who do not have an traditional High school or equivalent education may be required to take an independently administered entrance test given by the school to determine adequate skills for entrance
基督教信仰声明以及两封证明其基督教信仰和品格的推荐信
提交 100 美元不可退还的申请费
Applications will be reviewed with all the above information, not by just a single indicator.
All admissions will be finalized by the Admission Committee.

A Statement of Christian faith along with two letters of recommendation attesting to this Christian faith and character
A statement of 200 words outline your career and ministry objectives and how the completion of your degree will facilitate these goals
